What time does the Jazz Club & Restaurant open?

Our opening hours are from 6.30 pm to 11.45 pm daily. However, this may vary depending on the event.

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual, however, the hostess reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron due to indecent dressing.

Are infants permitted to enter the venue?

On normal days, infants are permitted to enter the venue.

However, on days when there are live performances, out of respect for the musicians and other patrons, unfortunately, we cannot accept infants.

Where are the car parks located?

We have ample open car parks just outside the premises.

Are seat reservations possible for nights when there are no events/performances?

Yes, of course. Please message us via WhatsApp at 012 571 7759 to arrange for your desired seating to be reserved.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?

The venue is non-smoking. Smoking within the venue may trigger the fire alarms. If a patron smokes within the premises, the hostess reserves the right to impose a fine.


What is the duration of the performance?

Generally, the performances last from one and a half to two hours. However, this may vary depending on days when there are multiple acts lined up.

The performers have cut short their time on stage. I would like to know if there is a refund for the event/show?

Unfortunately, there will not be such refunds. This is a rare occurrence, but as long as the performers do their best, they are entitled to their fee.

As long as the band performs as a whole for the entire show, we simply cannot consider the show as unfulfilled.


Can I reserve my seats as there is no seat number on my ticket?

Your seat will be allocated within the chosen zone by a hostess on the night. Please note that if you have chosen not to dine during the show, you may be allocated a seat that shares a table with other people.

For multiple purchases, will we all be seated together?

Generally, the club has an open seating arrangement. We will try our best to accommodate table reservations upon such requests. However, depending on the show, seating arrangements may vary, and as such, seating may depend on the types of seating purchased.

Please note that if tickets are purchased in multiple transactions, please message us via WhatsApp at 012 571 7759 to ensure the seating can be grouped. We will try our best to accommodate such an arrangement.

Can I purchase tickets at the venue on the day of the show?

We recommend that you book in advance by messaging us via WhatsApp at 012 571 7759 to ensure you don’t find the venue sold out when you arrive. 

Subject to availability, you may buy your ticket at the venue at the prevailing prices at the gate.

If the show is sold out, what can I do?

Unfortunately, this means everyone has prepaid for their tickets. As such, no tickets will be sold at the gate. To be the first to know about our new shows, we recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list.

How do I pay for and collect my tickets?

Details and payments are to be confirmed by messaging us via WhatsApp at 012 571 7759 to us. We do not issue physical tickets for the shows. We maintain a registration list for all tickets sold. To enter the venue, you just need to register at the front counter.

In the event I cannot make it for the show, can I get refund?

Unfortunately, we have a strict no refunds policy.
